THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO AWARD ANY REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. NEITHER HOLDER NOR THE REDS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES, OR ARBITRATE AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A PUTATIVE CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. THIS TICKET CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR DESTROYEDĪNY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”) SHALL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN HAMILTON COUNTY, OHIO AND ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS THEN-CURRENT COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES. If Holder is ejected from the Ballpark, the Holder shall not be entitled to any refund for or exchange of this ticket.

The Reds reserve the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket if the Holder does not comply with published rules of the ballpark (together with surrounding areas, including parking lots, “Ballpark”).
The ticket holder, on their own behalf and on behalf of any accompanying minor(s) (collectively “Holder”) assumes all risk incidental to the public exhibition of the game of baseball, including specifically (but not exclusively) the risk of being injured by thrown bats, thrown or batted balls, items thrown by other patrons, or promotional items thrown from the field, and agrees that none of the Reds and the other Major League Baseball Clubs, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Ballpark (as defined below) owner/operator and their owners, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) will be liable for injuries resulting from such causes. A rain check of a complimentary ($0.00) ticket is NOT a valid rain check.ĪSSUMPTION OF RISK RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE Difference in exchange value is non-refundable. In the event a regulation game is not played on this date, this rain check may be exchanged, subject to availability, at the box office for a ticket of the same or lower price for any subsequent regular game during this season.
